Fire Safety @ The Lily Pad

The safety and wellbeing of our guests is of the upmost importance to the team here at The Lily Pad.

Our cottages have been assessed for Fire Risk and assessed to be of LOW risk. You can find our full fire risk assessment which details the report in full by clicking here.

All of our properties have a number of safety features in place including:

• All of our electrical appliances are inspected and tested regularly
• We have no gas appliances onsite in any of our properties
• All of the cottages feature smoke and heat sensors which are regularly tested
• Smoking is prohibited inside any of the properties
• Fire fighting equipment is provided around the site – including fire blankets and fire extinguishers in every cottage.
• All of our filters and ducting are regularly cleaned and kept clear.
• Emergency lighting is provided in every cottage should power supply be disrupted
• All cottages feature safety thumb locks for quick exit in an emergency situation.
